1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using DetectorOS (including the DetectorOS website, mobile application, and related services, collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Subscription Terms

DetectorOS Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing charges.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal amount will be charged to your Apple ID account.

Cancellation

You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Billing Disputes

Contact Apple Support directly for billing inquiries, refund requests, or disputes related to App Store purchases.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant DetectorOS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Content. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without liability.

DetectorOS features and services may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time as the Service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen technical issues.

DetectorOS makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be free of viruses or harmful code.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DETECTOROSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF DETECTOROS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DETECTOROS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Availability and Data Loss

DetectorOS is not responsible for data loss, data corruption, or inability to access your data due to service interruptions, maintenance, or other causes. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DetectorOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
