By accessing and using DetectorOS (including the DetectorOS website, mobile application, and related services, collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
DetectorOS Pro is an auto-renewing subscription available through the Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing charges.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. The renewal amount will be charged to your Apple ID account.
You can manage, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
Contact Apple Support directly for billing inquiries, refund requests, or disputes related to App Store purchases.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Service.
DetectorOS, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and features, is the exclusive property of DetectorOS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any portion of the Service without prior written consent from DetectorOS.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant DetectorOS a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of your User Content. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law without liability.
DetectorOS features and services may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time as the Service evolves. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to unforeseen technical issues.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DetectorOS makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or be free of viruses or harmful code.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DETECTOROSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF DETECTOROS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF DETECTOROS FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
DetectorOS is not responsible for data loss, data corruption, or inability to access your data due to service interruptions, maintenance, or other causes. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DetectorOS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
DetectorOS may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. We are not responsible for any loss of data or functionality resulting from account termination.
DetectorOS may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through email or in-app notification.
Your continued use of the Service 30 days after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.
